How many days do I have to return the item(s)?
We are really sorry you are not in love with your purchase. To make things up, we have a generous 30-days return policy. The 30-days period starts to count from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order.
What are the conditions for a return?
Please appreciate that the returned items must satisfy the below criteria:
- Be in perfect condition;
- Have all their labels intact;
- Be in their original packaging.
Can I get a refund or exchange my purchased item(s)?
We are very happy to offer a refund or an exchange of your purchased item(s) with an electronic gift card (e-Gift card) for purchases in our online store.
Refund - In case you wish a refund, we will follow-up with an e-mail informing you that your refund is processed to the bank account used to make the initial order.
Exchange - In case you just wish to exchange your item(s), we will issue an electronic gift card (e-Gift card) for an amount equal to the originally purchased item(s), which you can use on our website for other purchases.
Who pays the shipping return costs?
Please note that return courier costs are responsibility of the client and returns should be handled through ACS Courier only.
What is the procedure to initiate a return?
- To start a return, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or get in touch through social media informing us of your intention to return the item(s);
- State the order number on the email's subject (if applicable);
- Please state the reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange;
- Visit your closest ACS Courier station and instruct them to return the item(s) to the ACS Courier Station in Aradippou, Larnaca for the attention of A.K. Lullabuy;
- Once the returned items reach us, we will have a look in order to confirm that they satisfy the above return conditions;
